A fixed-scope engagement to answer one product question before you commit a team to building. Useful when you have a hypothesis but not yet a validated direction. Engagements include some mix of:

  • Value proposition definition
  • Initial roadmap or prioritization framework

Ends with a written deliverable your team can act on.
